Córdoba, Spain, 8-11 January, 2000

The 2^nd NAHWOA Workshop was was held at the Palacio de la Merced in Córdoba, Spain, on 8–11 January, 2000. Some 70 delegates, from 13 European countries and from as far afield as Brazil and the USA, participated in the proceedings, working groups and field visits. Our Spanish partner organisation Instituto de Sociología y Estudios Campesinos of the Universtiy of Cordoba, the local government and the Andalucian Committee for Organic Farming had planned an interesting programme with visits to two Dehesa farms and with a wonderful organic buffet of local produce to finish the Workshop with.
