1st NAHWOA Workshop

6-8 June 1999, University of Reading, UK

The Network's first Workshop was held in June 1999, and was greatly enjoyed by all - not least by the Co-ordinator, who would like to thank everybody who attended and contributed so enthusiastically.  A total of 28 people from 10 countries participated in a programme ranging from organisational meetings to farm visits. As the first Workshop was planned to be mainly organisational - to get the Network activities going - we did not produce Workshop proceedings. However, for those who did not participate, an information "package" including the partner-contributions and discussions held is available (paper copy) from the Co-ordinator (m.hovi@reading.ac.uk).
